Platforma App is built by Alexis Eliot, founder of Doshka Foundation — a humanitarian aid NGO operating in Ukraine since 2022. The platform was built by volunteers, through Kyiv winters and power outages, on a crowdfunding budget. This is what belief in the work looks like.
