Help Us Build the Platform That Transforms Global Humanitarian Aid

Born from frontline experience in Ukraine, Platforma addresses the logistics crisis that wastes billions in humanitarian aid worldwide.

The Logistics Crisis at the Heart of Humanitarian Aid

Humanitarian logistics represents the backbone of all aid operations, yet it's plagued by systemic inefficiencies that waste billions in resources.

60-80%

Logistics Cost

Of all humanitarian expenditure goes to logistics coordination

50%

Material Waste

Of materials purchased are wasted through inadequate systems

Billions

Budget Waste

Of allocated budgets wasted through logistics inefficiencies

This represents billions in squandered resources that should be reaching people in need.

The Ukraine Humanitarian Coordination Crisis

Ukraine represents the world's most complex coordination challenge in humanitarian aid.

36% of Ukraine's population needs humanitarian assistance in 2025

We Are Platforma: Born from Crisis, Built for Impact

The idea for the Doshka Foundation emerged in the spring of 2023. After months of volunteering in Kyiv—purchasing and delivering medical supplies to those in need—Alexis, the founder of Doshka Foundation, realized that the way humanitarian aid was being provided was fundamentally flawed.

While many efforts were driven by enthusiastic individuals, the sourcing, procurement, storage, shipping, and distribution of supplies were erratic. There was a lack of management, process, coordination, planning, and, above all, basic tools.

The Turning Point

The Turning Point

"The turning point came when he discovered that some colleagues were buying supplies for the front lines at local pharmacies, rather than sourcing them directly from medical distributors in Kyiv. A simple phone call could have secured larger quantities at better prices."

The Human Cost of Broken Systems

The current fragmented approach creates devastating inefficiencies that hurt everyone in the humanitarian ecosystem.

Aid Recipients

For Recipients

  • Thousands with urgent needs: No direct communication channel to aid providers
  • Duplicate deliveries to some while others receive nothing
  • No visibility into what aid is available or when it might arrive
Humanitarian Workers

For Nonprofits

  • Hundreds of organizations using different systems and approaches, unable to coordinate
  • 60-80% of time spent on logistics coordination instead of frontline work
  • Burnout and frustration from preventable inefficiencies - aid workers leaving the sector
Donors

For Donors

  • No reliable way to track where money actually goes - leading to trust erosion
  • In-kind donations completely unmanaged - physical items donated with no visibility
  • Donors hardly have access to photos/videos reports
Suppliers

For Suppliers

  • Equipment of varying quality and legitimacy entering the aid system
  • Payment delays and communication barriers creating operational bottlenecks
  • No centralized marketplace to efficiently reach verified organizations

Platforma: One Platform for Complete Ecosystem Integration

Platforma creates the missing link: a unified digital ecosystem where every stakeholder can see what is needed, where it is needed, who needs it, and how it can be delivered.

Recipients

For Recipients

  • Automated coordination and reduced duplicate efforts
  • Professional-grade reporting tools designed for volunteers
  • Significant reduction in administrative burden
Nonprofits

For Nonprofits

  • Unified catalog of available resources across all suppliers
  • Automated coordination to reduce duplication and streamline efforts
  • Professional-grade reporting tools tailored for volunteers
Donors

For Donors

  • Complete transparency from donation to delivery
  • Real-time impact tracking and verification
  • Direct connection to verified, effective organizations
Suppliers

For Suppliers

  • Direct access to verified humanitarian organizations
  • Streamlined payment and communication processes
  • Transparent marketplace for legitimate providers
